This course teaches both single-rescuer and team based basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. Participants will learn to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. This course is designed for healthcare workers and first responders.

This course teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. Skills covered in this course include choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants. This course is ideal for the general public, workforce and non-clinical staff including teachers, coaches, foster families, and daycare workers.

This course covers first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.

This option is a face to face, instructor led course. This option is great for small to large groups or individuals wanting to join others for an in-person experience.
Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a in-person hands-on skills session with an AHA Instructor. This is great for individuals that need flexible scheduling.
This option is for those who have independently completed an online course and still need to complete the in-person, hands-on skill evaluation portion of the course.
