Refund Policy & Procedure for CNA Program

Student Right to Cancel/ Refund Policy

A notice of cancellation must be in writing.  It is the policy of Cadence Training Solutions, LLC d/b/a Cadence Healthcare Training Solutions to issue refunds of tuition and fees in a prompt manner. When a student gives notice of cancellation, Cadence Healthcare Training Solutions will issue a refund (if applicable) in accordance with the refund schedule provided below.  Refunds will be processed by the school within 30 calendar days of the date of request for cancellation/withdrawal from the program.

REFUND SCHEDULE

Timeframe of refund request determines the amount to be refunded.

Refund requested WITHIN 72 hours of signed enrollment agreement AND is more than 7 days BEFORE orientation will receive a full refund of amount paidNote: 72-hour window may be reduced depending on date of signed enrollment agreement and date of orientation.

(Example #1: signed agreement on 12th, orientation is the 20th – last day to request full refund would be the 15th.   Example #2: Signed on 18th, orientation is the 20th – unable to receive a full refund.)

 

Refund requested AFTER 72 hours of signed enrollment agreement but more than 14 days BEFORE to the 1st day of class will receive the amount paid minus $200 administrative fee

 

Refund requested AFTER orientation date AND BEFORE the 1st day of class will received the amount paid minus non-refundable registration fee $495 (this fee covers expenses related to orientation and preparation for 1st day of class)

 

Refund requested AFTER the 1st day of class AND BEFORE the 2nd day of class will receive the amount paid minus $655 (which includes the $495 non-refundable registration fee and prorated tuition)

 

Refund requested AFTER the 2nd day of class AND BEFORE 3rd day of class will receive the amount paid minus $815 (which includes the $495 non-refundable registration fee and prorated tuition)

 

NO REFUNDS given AFTER the 2nd day of class.

 

There are NO refunds will be issued when a student is dismissed for violating any of the policies covered by the course syllabus, Student Handbook or Enrollment Agreement and Student Payment Agreement (EA-SPA). 

 

Course Rescheduling / Program Discontinuation 

If a class is cancelled by the school due to low enrollment, students will automatically be enrolled in the next available class.  Any payments received will be applied to the new enrollment unless a cancellation request is initiated by the student within 72 hours of notification of the course being rescheduled.  If the program is discontinued by the school, the student shall receive a complete refund of all fees and tuition except the application fee.
